I have the honour to inform your that the first notice of motion
you proposed to make is, in the opinion of the Govenor in Council, irregular and out of order and cannot appear. in the Order Book, but that the other
motion and question how Cocou placed in the Order Book, the word bartawur being expunged from the motion for the correspondence with the New South Wales Government.
